Orders ship from South Carolina. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
US Standard

Flat rate on a band or a bundle.
US Expedited
$12.95
USPS Priority Mail, typically 1 to 3 business days once shipped.
International orders: rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Your exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Free 30-day returns
Not the right fit? Return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is on us.
What we can take back
- In original condition, unused and undamaged
- All original packaging, tags and accessories included
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number
What we cannot
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items damaged or not in original condition
- Items without proof of purchase
- Custom logo orders
Custom logo orders are final sale. No refunds or returns.
How to return an item
- Email info@impactband.co with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
